Ross WVery professional thank you
ROGER C1) Same issue. The app is terrible for after hours return. 2) I was redirected to an alternate return location that was out of my way. 3) I was told by a uhaul representative i would receive a credit for an early return but am now told i was miss informed. Just terrible. I will not rent uhaul ever again.
