Some of the lights didn't work nobody came out to see if I was hooked up properly and the 4 way wiring harness piece was missing so had to take one off another trailer next to it. No spare tire is a safety issue that you are putting your customers safety at risk. I haul vehicles on my car trailer for a living but needed to rent this one as I was out on a trip already. Will use again in a pinch but definitely some maintenance that wasn't done on the trailer I rented.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake the key box easier to get to. I had to stand on a bench to get to it. It was also difficult to get the lock open due to its position. If it was winter, it would’ve been awful to get to.
Christine HHave tire pressure checked. Right side of trailer was at 12psi and 30 psi with one leaking out the bead from a bent rim. Very dangerous if not inspected before loading up a vehicle on it.
Ryan RWe had booked this trailer Aug 10 pick up and Drop off Aug 12 in Hinton. We called Cora in Hinton she told us to drop it off any time on the 12, which we did. Then we get a call from Edson who said we were to drop it off in Edson on Friday. Why?? We paid $214.76 for 3 days. Then we get an extra charge on my credit card for $31.50 Why? I contacted Darrin Wilson who has refunded the $31.50. This entire experience had been very difficult and stressful.
