Hinton was a good all around customer service and everything. It was U-Haul over all that is terrible. The trailer I requested was not available on pick up so they gave me a free upgrade which was awesome but then the upgraded trailer never showed up. I was supposed to pick up the trailer in Edson then had to drive to Hinton which is a 2 hour round trip. Then I decided that the original trailer was not going to be big enough and they made me pay full price for the upgrade that they already tried to give me for free. Plus the gas to travel and great their trailer. Plus 2 tries were bald had to wait for them to be replaced in our travels.
