We have rented three times in the last few months, twice the truck was almost empty of gas, the keys were not where we were told and the lock for the keys was so stuck, we had to ask for assistance to open. The last rental was downgraded by a size, forcing us to either take two trips with the truck, or take additional trips with other vehicles.. had we taken two trips we would have been paying double the cost which would have been completely unacceptable. Due to the recent rental experiences I will not be using your services anytime in the future. I will pay more for better service elsewhere.
