Excellent service and friendly
Kelum KWanted to rent a truck but their availability was limited. They had one they would not rent due to a small windshield crack. I really needed the extra space, as the 5x8 trailer was not enough. I last minute had to do another 6 hour trip with my truck. I understand things happen and it was a safety issue, but the worker who rented it to me was extremely rude.
Christopher TI did not really meet anyone at the drop off location, called to confirm where to drop off which was clear and the drop off went good. We had an issue on a charge that was quickly cleared up.
James FI will say Hinton closing to early like 3:00 pm compare Valemount 4 days 9:00 pm and 6:00 pm hard to reach them if you work and they only start to answer at 10:30 am not convenient
