The vehicle I rented was dirty both inside and out, it reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was stated the vehicle was non-smoking. I had to dispose of someone's spitoon. All of the tires were low, one valve stem cap was missing and the change oil warning came on while I was on the road. My expectations for the vehicle were not met.
