Upon returning the uhual, I followed the app’s directions of placing rental agreement in the lock box, only to be chided and lectured by the gas station employee. Continued to argue with me even after I gave up. THEN, it took 2 days for the app to update that I returned the uhual. Finally, each time I called customer service, I was “transferred” and hung up on. Ridiculous
Anne CClerk did not know how to do his own job. Major training is needed at this location. I spent hours just trying to rent equipment
AGATHA GStaff unable to process paperwork and resulted in 3hrs delay from arrival to obtain trailer. Not a location to start.
