I’m in awe at how tedious the mobile pick up and drop off process with the poorly designed/non-working app is. I will gladly pay a moving company more money the next time I move to eliminate the need for UHaul. The location and equipment was fine. The experience was poor to say the least. Same experience both times in recent days our family used this process. It makes no sense to verify anything regarding the rental process once the consumer has arrived at the location to pick up the equipment. This should be done when equipment is booked. The app is clunky and mostly would not work. The process/policy regarding fuel reimbursement is unclear.

The location and owner are great and were a great help during the absolute FIASCO that was key pickup! It took over an HOUR to get the key out of the box, after having to call the help line and getting run in circles repeatedly!! The app sucks!! Finally got the key and the ordeal ran us late to our scheduled pickup! DO NOT RECOMMEND THE 24/7 SERVICE ANYWHERE! If I ever rent another uhaul, and it's not likely, I will only ever do counter pickup with a real person face to face! This is not a reflection on the owners of MyStuff Storage, we have a unit with them and they are great! This is only directed at the beyond stupid idea that absolutely everything should have an app to even function!!! If you require an app to function your business, at least make it useable!!
