There was a mechanical issue with the rolling door in the back. The metal piece that the door good on was corroded and broke off. Therefore the door would not remain close. The uhaul contractor did not have an additional truck to offer to replace this truck nor did they offer a discount. The truck was essentially inoperable due to the door remaining open. We had to return the truck early. The guy did say he was sorry.
