The employees at this location were extremely rude to me and made the pickup and drop-off process much more difficult than it should have been. When I arrived, they told me that I should not have done the self-check-in on my phone because then they would "have to re-arrange all of the trucks to find my assigned truck" and made me go through the entire process again. During check-in they told me that I had to return the truck by 3pm as that was when they would be leaving for the day. I told them that at no point while making my reservation was I informed that I would need to work within this time frame and I would need the truck until at least 5pm. I was then told that in that case, I would have to find street parking somewhere around the location and that if I couldn't find any parking, it wasn't their problem and I would be held liable for any damages or tickets the vehicle incurred. Luckily, I was able to find street parking next to the location, however, I would not have rented this vehicle had I known I would need to take this risk. Location hours should be properly reflected when making bookings.MARGARET M.
The email sent me to a closed U-Haul location. I got rerouted to a new location. When I arrived, I explained everything to the man and he got very irritated with me and was incredibly rude. He also had to gave me a larger U-Haul than requested (it's what he had available - I get it), but he charged me an extra $20 bc of the vehicle size even though the company had made the mistake. Overall bad experience. Vehicle was gross - had not been cleaned in a while. When I picked up the U-Haul, the gas gage was on empty.Sheldon W.

The location is very hard to find - it's a guy in a smoke shop and you just leave the truck on a street around the block. Very strange, but convenient to hollywood.Andrea M.

I completed everything online after being urged by emails received, including paying in full. They seemed to have no knowledge of any of it and made me come into the office to do it all again. Truck was mostly clean, but it could have been swept better. The gas needle did not move for two hours. Then went right to empty.MICHAEL C.

Communication was not clear including drop off area and reservation late fees. The owner was kind enough to you not charge the late fee which was I greatly appreciated but i was charged for an extra day because again they are not great at customer service and clear communication. It Would just be easier to avoid any mishaps if you go somewhere elseAlyra W.

Great service, however U-Haul did not ensure that the 15 foot truck I reserved was available. Auto Lux provided a smaller truck. The smaller truck made my move much more difficult, and U-Haul refused to do anything to address the unfulfilled reservation. Twice U-Haul promised a supervisor would call within 72 hours but each time no one called. Auto Lux, however, was excellent despite U-Haul's unwillingness to do anything to correct the mistake which cost me additional money in order to move.WILLIE H.

The key drop box picture on the uhaul website does not exist at this location. I was nervous to hand the keys to a person who refused to show identification that he worked there and was quite rude to me when I said I was anxious about it, particularly during covid. I would recommending going literally anywhere else.Douglas P.

Misunderstood that Igor wanted me to park on street and bring keys into back parking lot. So I parked truck in back parking lot. He came out and yelled at me so much, my young daughter got so upset that she started yelling back at him to stop yelling at her mom. He wouldn't. It was horrible. He really let me have it. I just apologized. My daughter and I left so upset and hurt.Trinka M.

This location is charging us for an extra 28 miles which makes no sense. Then the place was a random at that was dirty and a man walked up that didn't look like a worker and asked for our keys. And sai ok by. Didn't walk the uhaul off with us or anythingJohnny S.
