The staff was very friendly. And the location is convenient. But those are the only two positive things about this location. I’ve never rented such a filthy U-Haul before, and I’ve rented several. And it was obvious it was not well maintained. The location is also confusing to figure out where to go when you’re doing mobile check in, and it wasn’t even entirely possible to do so. Next time I will go to a different location.
