The location didn't provide either of the dollies I requested making my move nearly impossible, but they were closed the day I retrieved the truck so I couldn't go in and ask for the equipment I had paid for. The truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas, and was parked under a tree so it was filled with giant red ants. After returning my truck, they didn't process the return until a week later so when they charged me my bank account didn't have the funds alocated for the move and it pushed me into the negative. I will absolutely never return to this location, and I would urge others to avoid it as well.

Gustavo MLower the price. Terribly expensive. In fact I would like some form of refund. Way too expensive. Ty
Victoria EToo much emphasis put on the customer with the self service option. It was way too much required of the consumer just to try and save personnel costs to help,.
