the placed stated that they closed at 18:00 and arrived there way before that time and they were already closed. I called and talked to someone whom give me direction to drop the key into the drop box with the instructions and sent him pictures and videos of everything and he mentioned he will check me out. After awhile waiting for an uber they came and drive the truck inside, i asked him when i shall receive my statements he said on the phone that would take a few mns but he came he asked to show him my reservation which i did so he could he easily did that instead of calling which was understandable, however when i received my statement it showed that i dropped the trucked and checked out at 10: pm plus which is a lie and charged me an etra day for it
