I arrived without prior reservation. They had necessary trailer for me. However, when they put in order into system, the system was automatically adding a dolly and blankets, which were not needed. The lady could not figure out how to remove them. This was either a system issue that needs remedied or training issue, both are on U-Haul to fix.

The guy was very pleasant and helpful.
Tamylia WIt was Sunday property was roped off; no way into parking lot. I called and they came right over to unlatch the rope across the drive and then drove off. We parked the trailer took the pics and closed the rope gate. They were not aware they had a drop off scheduled.
