Jessy JI arrived without prior reservation. They had necessary trailer for me. However, when they put in order into system, the system was automatically adding a dolly and blankets, which were not needed. The lady could not figure out how to remove them. This was either a system issue that needs remedied or training issue, both are on U-Haul to fix.
