NEVIN JAtul was awesome, made the transaction easy and professional. Was angry when I arrived due to the reservation problems. I made the reservation for pickup in Inverness, FL, 1.8 miles from my house. Was contacted Uhaul, not available there but reserved you one in Crystal River (17 miles from my home). Arrived in Crystal River, ours is damaged, but found you one in Homosassa(8 miles from Crystal River) now I am 30 miles from home to pickup a trailer to use for a 6 mile haul. Atul handled everything thing so smoothly that I would travel the 60 mile round-trip to deal with him again. Thank you Atul!
