I was asked to change my pickup time because of a delay in the prior vehicle arrival. I gladly accommodated to push my pickup time by 1.5 hours. I asked if I could receive a discount and was told no. I find the customer service absent and a direct reflection of U-Haul. Teach your team to appreciate the flexibility when provided and recognize the effort.
