Original reservation was booked in month advance with extra equipment but then reservations was move to another location with no phone call of the update beside email. Show up to new location and did not carry any extra equipment that was originally on the reservation. I had go to another location and rent the equipment and then return vehicle to the new drop off point and then drive back to original authorize U-Haul dealer to return the equipment only.

VENKAT DGuy was very very very confusing, and was not kind or helpful at all. He mostly yelled at me when the app told me another, and I did not enjoy the experience that is the Citgo, I would never recommend anyone to go there, even for gas.
