Have the vehicle that was rented at the location THEY wanted to rent/pickup from. Having to go into town delayed our movers due to timing. If that had been in place it would have been what I wanted and agreed to when I rented the truck. Location to pick up was a convenience store who had to wait on customers while getting contract ready. This combined with having to drive farther to get truck that was planned at booking caused issues. It was booked weeks before pickup and there was time to move vehicle to wanted location. There was no notification that pickup location had changed either to plan accordingly. On stressful times like moving and timing of movers, it would be wonderful for more communication and realize that pickup places ARE CHOSEN FOR A REASON.

Im never going to that location again..and I only drove 11 miles and ended up putting $30.00 in the tank because they said to put it at 3/4 and when I got it, it was at 2/3 in the tank...I got robbed out my money for 11 miles driven!
