Very little communication. The gas station attendant had to help us know where to go and what to do. A text the day of the return would've been helpful. It could've listed the required steps and information about drop-off location and procedures. The mileage charges for overages approach price gouging. With the prices you are charging for your trucks, you should really offer more than 124 miles over 2 days. I was offered two or three different "deals" the day before our rental if we would take a bigger truck or tow a trailer for you. If you're able to offer such "deals" to assist your business model, you really should consider other ways to lower your prices just to assist your customers.

The location did not have the hand trucks I paid for

GARY KI liked that I ordered my Uhaul, what I didn't like was the location I ordered it from was not the location I picked it up from. I don't place an order at the McDonald's near my housemates and have to drive another McDonald's to pick it up. The person where I picked it up was friendly, accommodative, but again, that was not where I intended to go. I had to change my schedule because this location was a higher traffic area, thus requiring an earlier pick up time for me.
RONALD MCharged me much more than I was quoted online. Employee seemed confused (couldn’t speak English) about everything. Had it all on the app. Not sure why it was so complicated. Side note the dolly I rented was maybe the worst dolly you could get. Pretty much useless.
