Lady at front desk seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. We couldn’t leave until almost 10am when our reservation time was at 9.

There is no available dolly equipment , we rented one from Tuscaloosa one way the agent made mistake. She wrote one one but to be return to the ofcice in Tuscaloosa. again we spent 2 Hours one hour in each location to sort oit the problem.
