It was understaffed. I went in to drop off the truck and was told to park it under the awning, I missed the instructions upon my arrival. I parked under the awning and waited for the attendant as the instructions state. I also attempted to download the app and then decided to call to see when someone would come out to the truck. The attendant apologized due to taking many phone calls, while I waited outside and was presumably next in line, and to come in with the key. Had she told me this initially I would not have wasted my time waiting for an attendant as the instructions stated.

Andrew KI was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the 15’ truck. Very comfortable inside, AC, seats were comfortable, interior felt more like an SUV than a moving van. Smooth ride. No complaints
