I have used this location for a previous rental. The man running it makes the process much easier than other U-haul facilities. We tried to get some furniture pads in Rogers, AR and was told we couldn’t rent them, we had to buy them. So we decided to just use quilts & blankets. Of If I had ask the fella in the Pearcy location, I’m sure we could have facilitated that, my bad. I will use that location again in the future.

I have never had a negative experience but did overall this time and will not use U-Haul again.
JOSHUA FProvide a vehicle with working air conditioning. Also purchased blankets for $24.00. No one was the business to provide blankets despite their hours were posted open until 12:30 on Saturday. I called the posted number numerous times, left vmail and received no call back. I paid $24 for blankets but only received a $20 credit. How does that work? Also I have yet to be offered any compensation for no A/C during the 90 degree weather. Thanks
