She knocked the service out of the ball park. It was literally a home run! I needed the kindness that I received from her and from each UHAUL representative that I made connections with during my move to a new city. They all made an impression on me even the telephone reps. Now, I know that God was guiding me via there kindness.

Good service
Melissa LThe trailer I was rented should be retired. The paint was peeling, the wooden tie-down points inside the trailer were rotted and unusable, and the frame was significantly rusted at points. As for the dealer, the location was sketchy at best. I waited for 10 minutes in the rain before I saw anyone who could help me and it was unclear where I should go. Unfortunately for me, this was not the location I chose for pickup, but had been re-assigned to me because of availability. Would not recommend.
