The website offered additional items, such as a dolly, for rental. Unfortunately, the representative at the store informed me that this was not an option. I was set to use my mobile app to pick up the truck; however, the truck was not assigned to the reservation. Therefore, I had to go into the store for assistance. Since this is a convenience store, the individual had to balance assisting me with assisting other customers. At one point, he also paused to complete his paperwork for the the nightly register closing/reconciliation (near midnight). This does not create a favorable experience for individuals waiting to be assisted. When I eventually picked up my truck, there was debris and trash from a prior client in the back. I was left to clean this before loading my items into the truck.
