The equipment was great but unfortunately the office staff was not competent and it caused a lot of problems with our reservation.

Location where I reserved truck did not have and switched location. Seats were worn and many paint splatters. Passenger side mirror would not stay in position so it was dangerous going to the right. Very rough ride.
