The associate couldn’t comprehend simple information that was stated on the DL in order to rent the Uhaul. Her attitude and people skills were lacking as she was showing attitude towards my family members who I was translating for. The Uhaul although was very new was also very dirty from inside the cabin. I’ve had a terrible experience with this rental overall.
