I had went to another location in OST after booking 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived the owner of the location stated that they did not have a vehicle available to utilize. Stated that the vehicle had been down for a week. I explained to the Shop owner on OST that I had placed the reservation two weeks ago and also asked why was I not informed of this so that I can make other arrangements? I went to snaps hardware on Cullen and they were so welcoming and supportive of the situation. Moving is already hectic enough, and I appreciate the fact that they were able to squeeze me in despite they had already had other reservations as well. Thank you snaps hardware. Yall are amazingly awesome!

Dennis PCharging &40 and the gas hand was on E upon arrival to pick up and the had it down ascacquarter tank and also the truck kept going to zero miles I kept every receipt. We called and informed them and they gave use the instructions to call thev1800 u haul and we did that is well. They well definitely try to get over on you. Bad business even when yiu communicate the guy the had left there wasn’t the owners . There farther died years ago so it’s brother and sister back to speak to them while we were having trouble and took us 4 days to MOE but three the way they count and also when the truck was returned the sister that it was passed doen to we were explaining to get and we have pictures and she went to lunch and they still want to charge for something they didn’t have as for as gas in the uhaul. They use to be good. Never again. That’s why that was the only truck there and mind you I been knowing them for years and now it’s just horrible. Hard times and people just want to rip you of. It’s a zero with our experience
