they altered my reservation and added 30 minutes to my return time to over charge my card $257.00, not to be refunded till i turned the truck in. ne cautious of this location!! They will wait hours to check your truck in after you have dropped it to accrue additional days charges. you must really watch your credit card charges with this location. They charge for a $20 after hours fee if u used the key drop box even though they are not open on Sundays to accept a return. this location is so unsafe, id never stand outside a dark parking lot and try to take photos on a website/return that won't accept the photo due to poor lighting.. You will be instantly harassed by the homeless people, prostitutes and criminals if you are there more than 3 minutes. if you call to ask question, they don't KNOW anything, cant answer your questions and refer you to the 1-800 # to put you into a loop system where no one can help you. BE CAUTIOUS OF THE FRAUD! THEY PLAY DUMB BUT THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
