hugh K.Customer service was fine on booking the equipment but getting the trailer set up on the truck took longer than expected.. I had to come back in several times and asked to cancel my reservation before someone took loading my trailer seriously. Even than someone else equipment was loaded before mines even though I was there before them. 10mins to book 30plus minutes to be loaded..
