- Previously declined SafeMove coverage in the online tool but UHaul location says it was on there originally. No way to tell. - Truck was in disrepair...radio doesn't work and interior roof liner falling apart. - Had reserved a standard 2 wheel dolly but this location only has appliance dolly (even at same price not a good alternative).
DAVID VThe truck was a disaster. Rusted on the roof with rain coming in. Blinkers didn’t work. AC didn’t work. The truck needs to be retired.
Sevak OThe truck was in an operational state I would expect for a moving truck while also having been properly cleaned. My only complaint is that I signed up to receive the key from an employee and not on-line check in. The person was nearly 30 minutes late so I was forced to do the online check in process, which was problematic (re-scanning images, getting codes sorted out, the location service feature, etc.).
David NI had a reservation for 10 AM, but when I arrived, nothing was ready. There was another U-Haul vehicle blocking the way, preventing me from leaving. I had to call customer service and waste an hour of my time waiting for someone to arrive, give me the keys, and move the other truck. Then, we realized that the dolly and pads we ordered were missing from the truck. We had to wait even longer. It was a complete headache. I hope we receive compensation for the inconvenience.
