Strengthen your vetting process. This person did not have all the equipment we needed for the move. I rather it be directly from the U-Haul on Voss like I originally asked for. This was very sketch as well as the location. I was in fear of my life. The person also was not knowledgeable about our balance. They tried charging us 263 dollars for something we didn’t even want or ask for.
