Rented a car hauler on line, scheduled the pick up time and arrived onsite. When I arrived there seemed to be a problem, no one could tell me anything including the U-Haul representative. I spent an hour on the phone with the representative, she was asking questions she had no idea why they meant…..including a reference? Apparently my reservation was there but was not correct but again no one could tell me why! Finally, got it worked out and went to hook up the trailer and neither of the tire ratcheting safety straps were operational (one was even cut in half). License plate was barely hanging on. Luckily I had my own safety ratchet straps so I could safely transport. U-Haul, do better! You should have competent people working customer support and be able to explain issues especially since I had ordered online and gotten confirmation. Terrible experience!
