Returned the truck with exactly the same amount of gas I picked it up with and was still charged for 4 gallons of gas. Employees didn’t bother to ask any questions, just said “Here for drop off?” And took the keys.

I made this reservation a week earlier and was anticipating problems. It seems nothing ever works out the way it should or you hope it to. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and was able to initiate the rental process through the app, get the code for the lock that allowed my into the back of the truck where the ignition key was waiting, and the extra supplies I ordered were all there. A tear came to my eye. Kidding of course, but I was elated. Great job at this location and I would definitely recommend!
