I was supposed to be able to pick the truck up at another location. Not only did it get sent somewhere much further away, but they did not have moving blankets like I included in my reservation, leaving me to have to drive to yet another location.

The location was fine and staff was friendly but the trailer was not properly maintained. The driver side taillight was out (I learned from getting pulled over and being issued a warning citation) and I got a blowout on the passenger side tire, leaving me stranded for an hour and a half waiting for Roadside Assistance.
Jeremy BThe truck was filthy when I got it. Trash was left in the bed and it had not been swept out. Truck breaks definitely need to be replaced and the staff could work on customer service.

TRACY BPlan on it taking an hour to get the truck. I had an 8 am appointment for a rental from a person. When we arrived, the signs said it opened at 9 am. When I called the help number on my email, they said I was signed up for a mobile check in and that my pickup time was 9:45! All my confirmation emails/app data said 8 am and in person pickup. We had trouble with the mobile check-in and it was quite a hassle. We finally got a helpful person on the phone who overrode the problems and got us checked in.
