Messy, no one was there (after 9AM) or answered the phone. Trucks all over the place. Definitely will avoid using this place again.

Gen QThis location was a mess. It’s a dirt lot with an attached office. But they are not at the address mentioned but rather across the street. The dirt lot is easy enough to identify. The office isn’t. I arrived promptly to pick up my truck at 9am. Started the process with the app but it kept failing. Finally located an attendant on the lot and he said he’d go to the office and get the keys. After 20min of waiting I went to the office to see about the delay. I was finally told the truck was not actually available. It has a flat tire. And that i had to call uhaul to get rescheduled. Uhaul phone waiting time was 1hr and next available truck was 6 hours later. I suggested instead why not just rent a bigger truck. That worked. Off I went. 1hr later that scheduled. And had to fight with uhaul on the phone to get the time back on my reservation. Drop off was at 2pm. I got done earlier and went to drop it off at 12:30pm. Went to office. Gave the keys to the attendant. And was told I was good to go. I WAS NOT GOOD TO GO. I went home and at 1:15pm noticed they still hadn’t closed the rental and it remained active. I get on the app and turns out the checkout process didn’t save at all!!! And I had already given them the keys. I called and they were closed already. They close at 1pm. So I drove back to the lot. Tried the app again it worked this time and I was able to do the process. Not thanks to them. Never again. This location is super Convenient for us because it’s inside our neighborhood but I rather drive to a different location.
