Plan on it taking an hour to get the truck. I had an 8 am appointment for a rental from a person. When we arrived, the signs said it opened at 9 am. When I called the help number on my email, they said I was signed up for a mobile check in and that my pickup time was 9:45! All my confirmation emails/app data said 8 am and in person pickup. We had trouble with the mobile check-in and it was quite a hassle. We finally got a helpful person on the phone who overrode the problems and got us checked in.

Cynthia DUhaul changed the address of drop off without evenly sending any notice. I am very disappointed with the service and the disrespect of the manager Leticia Avalos from the original place in 5333 North Frwy. I had to drive faraway in the middle of an emergency I had. Not happy at all..
