How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’m requesting a discount on my rental because this was truly an awful experience. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe the entire time returning the trailer. There was broken glass all over the lot and the employee was extremely rude and aggressive with me. He yelled at me and told me to move the equipment myself. As a woman there by myself, the way he spoke to me and handled the situation genuinely made me feel scared. I paid a lot for this rental and did not expect to be treated this way or feel unsafe just trying to return the equipment. I would really appreciate U-Haul taking this seriously and providing some type of discount or adjustment to my charges.the desk clerk didn’t seem to care about my concerns and brushed it off. I tried to call to discuss with customer service as well, please have someone contact me ASAP.

Corey DI told the guy about an issue with the hitch U-Haul selling and he only said that’s not U-Hual property but I told him u Haul sold me this hitch so that’s means U-Haul sell bad hitch and they are not responsible for what are they selling? Good lord I will complain tomorrow about that think because your products can cause a terrible accident on the road
