This location was a mess. It’s a dirt lot with an attached office. But they are not at the address mentioned but rather across the street. The dirt lot is easy enough to identify. The office isn’t. I arrived promptly to pick up my truck at 9am. Started the process with the app but it kept failing. Finally located an attendant on the lot and he said he’d go to the office and get the keys. After 20min of waiting I went to the office to see about the delay. I was finally told the truck was not actually available. It has a flat tire. And that i had to call uhaul to get rescheduled. Uhaul phone waiting time was 1hr and next available truck was 6 hours later. I suggested instead why not just rent a bigger truck. That worked. Off I went. 1hr later that scheduled. And had to fight with uhaul on the phone to get the time back on my reservation. Drop off was at 2pm. I got done earlier and went to drop it off at 12:30pm. Went to office. Gave the keys to the attendant. And was told I was good to go. I WAS NOT GOOD TO GO. I went home and at 1:15pm noticed they still hadn’t closed the rental and it remained active. I get on the app and turns out the checkout process didn’t save at all!!! And I had already given them the keys. I called and they were closed already. They close at 1pm. So I drove back to the lot. Tried the app again it worked this time and I was able to do the process. Not thanks to them. Never again. This location is super Convenient for us because it’s inside our neighborhood but I rather drive to a different location.

Ali HThe drop off location was a dirt lot and there were trucks just parked anywhere you can squeeze in. The key drop off was at the building next door. If the key drop off was not a u-haul color, it would be hard to find. I did get a slight discount dropping the truck off here.
John NNo clear signage. It’s a dirt lot with huge pot holes. The trailers and trucks are strewn about the lot in no particular order. Once I realized I needed to walk next door to the auto repair shop, they were helpful. They seem like honest hard working people but damn, the lot was a nightmare. It had just rained when I returned the trailer and I almost had to use 4 wheel drive to get out of the mud.
Matthew PNo sign to identify as U-Haul. No parking. I left my rental truck in a weed filled lot around the corner because I noticed some other equipment there. I spent 30 minutes trying to find the place because there is no sign. They need to try harder.
