The front wheel alignment was off, causing the steering wheel to be off. My 13-hour drive was dangerous. I was also pulling a 16ft uhaul trailer.

Michelle POffice wasn't open so we didn't have contact with personnel. Plenty of parking for the truck and the drop box was easy to locate and use.
