The young girl who checked me out in the am was pleasant and patient! Then upon return the lady was equally friendly and great! Excellent service and easy to book in person!! The app kinda stinks, but in person was smooth!

EXCEPTIONAL MNothing
Lisa HThe service tire monitor system came on immediately. I couldn't move the seat forward in the truck. Then I was charged an after hours service fee and a cleaning fee which ended up doubling the cost of the rental. I can understand the cleaning fee, I guess. But I did sweep the back out before dropping it off. The after hours service fee is ridiculous. I was not made aware that this would even be a thing? I dropped it off 2 hours earlier than my return time.
Malaya AThe air conditioning in the u-haul was amazing!
