It took me over 30 minutes to get the keys to U-Haul. No one knew what lock they were in and had to try so many different codes and different locks to unlock to get my key and come to find out the dude inside of the corner store is the one who had the key and when I first went in there, he act like he didn’t work for U-Haul and then he said if you reserved it correctly, then you should get your key and I kept telling him like I reserved it and paid for it. He was like well if you did it right then you should have your key and then turned around and said oh I’m sorry I have your key in here instead of just trying to find out for me or help me. He said that remarked and I didn’t like that.

I returned it one mile over usage but was charged an extra 6. Either they can't read numbers or they went for a joyride on my dime. Either way, would not recommend

Rude people, fraudulent charges for “missing items” that have been returned, no real help with the customer service as they can’t do anything except “have the field manager contact you” it’s been 2 days and no word. Won’t be using this company again and will be disputing the charges that shouldn’t be on my account.
