Person behind the counter was nice and easy to deal with, and my check-in process went well. The location however isn't the most inviting or in the best neighborhood.

Your system mysteriously charged me for insurance even though I intentionally did not select it. My fault for not catching but I suspect there is some default that makes it happen if the customer is not paying attention.

gregory Y.This was a Uhaul experience like I've never experienced before!!! TERRIBLE!! Usually an employee goes out to the truck and makes assessments with you. None of that. When I started the truck the gas light came on telling me “4 miles to Eâ€. Once I got the truck home and opened it IT WAS SOOOO DIRTY!!! I had to sweep AND mop the truck before I could start loading my things into it! I feel like all they cared about was taking my money 😢
