Had a hard time getting the trailer unhitched from the truck. Is there a default on the trailer hitch itself. The owner came after hours helped me which I appreciate he was very helpful.. But I was a vast my own time trying to get it unhooked

Zach DThey helped me set up a pickup at another location as they didn't have what I needed. They were closed when I dropped off but had a drop box next to the door. I received my receipt via e-mail Monday morning. Very easy!
