We only used the trailer for a few hours. We decided to go ahead and return the trailer early so we wouldn't have to park it in the street overnight. I had trouble with the QR code return process so I called the phone number I used when reserving the trailer. I was told, “No problem we have cameras, I can see you've returned it.” Received my bill and was charged an extra $20 for an “after-hours return”. We were told we could return anytime within 24 hours”. I feel like customers need to be made aware of these fees without having to read a thousand-word contract. When I called the store to inquire about this fee the young lady was rude and said “I went out of my way to help you”. She did nothing other than rent us the trailer, which is what she is in business to do. I would never rent a U-Haul from this location, nor enter the business for any reason.
