The location I got the U-Haul rental from was very pleasant and nice. I had already been to another location that doubled booked the rental I had reserved so I was a little aggravated and the sales rep on highway 53 was very nice and kind and I really appreciate all of her help and assistance. She was so lovely

travis pI was overcharged for my rental the mileage was not accurate, very disappointed in this overage charge on top of being charged an addition $100 My receipt time of rental is completely inaccurate
