There was dirt on the floor of the cab and bed. There was empty soda cans under the seats.
Don AThis neighborhood dealer was not pleasant. I was assisting with moving my daughter from Huntsville to Conroe/New Caney. My pickup location was changed by U-Haul from the previous location that I have had nothing but good experiences with to this location. The requested dolly was not available and removed from my order. Dealer claims to have tried to call, but did not leave a message to notify me of the change nor did I see record if a call at the time she said she called. I was prepared to a mobile pickup so I completed all the steps in the app, but still had to sit with the dealer to “make sure I did it right.” I was questioned as to why I was picking up the truck at the location. Seeing I was returning the truck in Conroe, she asked “ did they not have trucks in Conroe?” If you want to be in the customer service industry, focus on customer service.
