I'm not sure how my basic rental for 24 hours to use in the City of Nitro ended up costing me over $100.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy experience for pick-up was very good. Staff at Ultimate Pawn were very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything clearly, had me on my way on a very quick turnaround. Everything with the trailer was in good working order and clean. The location of Ultimate Pawn made it easy and quick to access from the interstate. I also had some interaction with the main office staff for the rental reservation. They too were very friendly and helpful in coordinating the rental and making sure all went smoothly for pickup. I would rent from this location again.
MARK NHighly recommended. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful getting the trailer hooked up. The lady had a jack which made things easy. The trailer had a surprisingly heavy tongue weight even empty so be prepared with a larger vehicle and expect a rough ride. However, the trailer size was perfect, the fee seemed very fair and the availability made the move almost seamless. This will be my go-to location in the future if the need arises for trailers or truck rental.
