Self pickup for the truck is an overcomplicated process, I ordered and paid for an appliance dolly and wasn’t given one. The door locked before the truck was even off the lot and I was stuck waiting for 2 and a half hours for roadside assistance! I don’t feel like I should have needed to pay $200 for roadside assistance when I didn’t even get the truck off the property due to a poor setup by this uhaul provider. Will not be back.
