The team didn't help to hitch the trailer, and when I asked how to do the chains, he put them wrong, didn't cross it and looked weird just by common sense. The area was full of deep holes full of mud, very difficult to put your car in front of the trailer. When I return it, they didn't close the contract in the system and I was worry they will charge extra time, they actually closed it until the next day. Not a. good experience in this location unfortunately.
