Was charged an extra 40 something dollars for an extra day however I was told my turn in was on Thursday, which was the day. I turned it in not sure what the charge was for.
Scott CI did not interact with anyone at this location as I dropped off on a daturdsy
chris HThe U-haul was blocked in and I had a hard time getting the vehicle out. The U-Haul is so so bad!!!! It took me 3 hours to pick up the U-haul!!!!! U-haul customer service was horrible.
Scott PI believe if you would have people to actually be present when picking up and dropping off the U-haul would be a whole lot easier. Then on the telephone I did not like that. I like it to be more personable.
