This is not where I reserved. Apparently the manager where I reserved was sick and that spot didn’t open. So I was sent to this spot which had the truck but no boxes or furniture pads which I’d already purchased. So sent to third site to get boxes and pads. Put me at least 1 1/2 - 2 hours behind. If some who made the initial change in location would have looked at my order, it would have been much better.
