The drop off location gave me overhead clearance issues on the way in from the southwest. Signage and clear direction at the facility where hard to understand. I didn't receive any notification or receipt upon returning the equipment (I did receive confirmation in the morning). Not necessarily concerning the drop off location but I felt the compensation for towing the extra trailer was a bit misleading. I did receive the $50 credit but the miles were just added to the miles I already paid for so it didn't really benefit me and the compensated day didn't particularly add any extra help either. I feel I should have had a bit of a refund upon closing the rental.

The biggest issue is that the odometer was not checked before I left. I did a 40 mile, 1 way move and was charged for over 700 miles. The manager at the drop off location was useless and rude. I have not been able to get a hold of the location I picked up at.
