Office was not open even though posted hours said they were. It was in a dilapidated building and there was no sign to say where the key drop was.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkArrived on site at 3:30 for a scheduled in person pick up. No one at location, accessed rental hold via app to get rental via lock box. Went to said lock box and the given code did not work. After almost an hour and a second rental I finally got a truck. Will not use U-Haul again I was under a time restraint for work and this added so much unnecessary stress to my day.
Anna RIt would be helpful if the dropbox was more clearly labeled. I barely found it on the side of the building.
Lauren SI had to call U-Haul support multiple times while trying to pick up the truck because things were not where they were supposed to be and the equipment I was assigned was in poor condition.
