Arrived on site at 3:30 for a scheduled in person pick up. No one at location, accessed rental hold via app to get rental via lock box. Went to said lock box and the given code did not work. After almost an hour and a second rental I finally got a truck. Will not use U-Haul again I was under a time restraint for work and this added so much unnecessary stress to my day.

It would be helpful if the dropbox was more clearly labeled. I barely found it on the side of the building.
Lauren SI had to call U-Haul support multiple times while trying to pick up the truck because things were not where they were supposed to be and the equipment I was assigned was in poor condition.
Alyssa BThey were closed at 2 pm Sunday, so no personnel to communicate with. Had to do all online.
KENNETH KThe area around the property was a bit unkept. The return went fine on a Saturday when the location was closed. I would use it again. The self return process was easy.
