I have used U-Haul previously and this was probably my worst experience yet. The truck was backed into a spot that was filled with mud. The storage area door was also open upon arrivial and there was none of the “extra” equipment inside that is usually secured by the seals/zip ties. So I am not sure if these items were stolen prior to my arrival or they are just no put onto the truck at this location. The steering alignment was about 70 degrees off and I had to hold the wheel at about the 10 o clock position to drive straight. Otherwise the truck was fine. Did the job

RUSSELL EStore opened 15 minutes late, the representative was on his phone the entire time and pretty much ignored me. I had to load the trailer myself and almost hurt my back, the trailer was broken and had trash in it.
