The trailer and 2 dozen moving blankets were extremely dirty. Dirt, dead grass and a large volume of pieces of blue and grey rubber were on the trailer floor and blankets caused our brand new furniture and cushions to become very dirty and filthy. Absolutely disgusting. The pick up was delayed because no one was available when we arrived. The wiring harness had to be replaced because it was not working. I returned the trailer at 12:30 pm, but the employee who closed the rental documented the return time at 3:00 pm.

When I got there they had told me there was no one there to help me out and I had to drive to a new location to get help and once I had to the location and came back the lady appeared when I was told she was not going to be there.

qin Ytrailer was filthy inside, and there were NO tie down rings at the front (only at the rear door) so I was unable to secure my possessions. Also, trailer AV 0876 F does NOT track straight behind my car. Brake lights were dim, and I was concerned with driving at dusk. Returning the trailer to Clarks Travel Center found the U-Haul person not available. I dealt with the gas station attendant (who was very helpful) and wrote down the trailer info and hoped it would get passed along. The trailer was entered in to the return database an hour later. My credit card was charged an additional $40 without my permission. My price was $244, and I was charged $280. This has never happened before when renting through U-Haul.
