It would have been easier to have told me up front this was not a U haul location. Im from 100 miles away and wouldnt know this info. Tell me there is not a U Haul name on bldg. Vehicles were not really visible and it looked like a lot of small store fronts. The owner in Indio was very nice and said he had not gotten notification from person who made the reservation for me. He helped me and got us on our way in a short period of time.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe individual who manages the U-Haul rentals was late when I went to pick up the trailer. And late when I went to finalize the return. This only happened at this location.

joseph mInterior of the trailer had not been cleaned; about half of the pads I requested were not cleaned; the reserved/requested trailer was unavailable locally and would have required me to drive about 4 hours round-trip to get the requested trailer. I had made the reservation about 6 weeks prior. Finally, a u-haul scheduling representative did not initiate contact with me so I called them near close of business the day before scheduled pickup only to learn about the trailer being unavailable locally.
