I wish the signage for the location was clearer. I drove by the location on the first go round because the location is tucked behind a restaurant.

Seemed like you needed bigger lot for equipment
THOMAS Nthe experience in general with u-haul was to say the least dreadful,not knowing where the equipment was, it took five and one half hours to get both pieces of equipment.
Douglas PWith the drop off in Indio, it was in a very sketchy place and the office/drop box was hard to locate. The guy who worked there also has us carry all the dolly’s and blankets into the office for him? Never had that happen before.

Prior to this event, the online experience and the fact that my prior reservation was not kept and not others trailers were available less than 1m5 hours away, I was extremely disappointed and out extra nights costs because of this occurrence.
